The Shia Ithna-Asheri Islamic Jamaat of Los Angeles (SIIJLA) is a registered non-profit organization. As such, the operation of the Huseinia Center and all the programs that are provided there for members and non-members alike rely completely upon the combination of membership fees and kind donations.
Without the generous donations received from members of our community and close and personal friends and supporters, we would be unable to keep the Husseinia Center open. The additional cost of providing both religious and cultural programs within the center is wholly dependent upon your kind generosity…

How to Donate Online
- Click the ‘Donate Online’ button located on your left.
- If there is a specific cause you would like to donate to that is not identified, please select ‘General Fund’ and include any specific information at step 8.
- On the page that follows, enter the amount you want to donate.
- If you have a PayPal account, log in to PayPal.com and complete your transaction.
- If you do not have a PayPal account, select ‘Continue’ from the page section titled ‘Don’t have a PayPal account?’
- Enter your name and billing information. Credit cards accepted at PayPal include American Express, VISA, MasterCard, and Discover.
- Click ‘Review Donation and Continue’.
- Next, review your donation and enter any special instructions or notes for the treasurer, if applicable.
- Click ‘Donate’ to submit the transaction.
- Please note the following:
- SIIJLA does not and cannot obtain or collect your credit card information, since we use PayPal as the transaction processor. For PayPal’s privacy policy in the U.S., visit this link.
- For online donations, SIIJLA may deduct PayPal-imposed fees of up to 3% on all pass-through donations (khums. sadqa etc), so please make your donation accordingly.
